We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Boldface bag and Boldface skins so we offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy for all Boldface products with a full refund of the product price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your receipt or proof of purchase can be the packing slip that was shipped with your product or a copy of your order confirmation or shipment confirmation from your online order. Please include a printed copy of this with your return shipment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 350 Pacific Coast Highway Redondo Beach CA 90277. Please include a note that you want an exchange and the reason for this request.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 350 Pacific Coast Highway, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 and label it "Attn: Returns". We suggest you use trackable shipping service such as FedEx or UPS or purchasing shipping insurance when you ship your products as Boldface is not responsible for items lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
